Consultations and Surgery Bookings are strictly by appointment and we request that you telephone (03) 5996 7653 to make these. We do not accept email or message requests due to the triage needs of each case.
Payment in full is required at the time of service (consultation, discharge) or supply of products, medicines or pet foods. Larger procedures may require payment of a deposit with the balance due at discharge.
We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard. We do not provide customer accounts.
As we are a single vet practice, it is particularly important to phone in the event of an emergency. We will then inform you of any important first aid steps you may need to take and, if necessary, directions for contact with nearby emergency centres.
